Story
The story of old movie Chattakkari was by Thoppil Bhasi which was taken from the novel of Pamman.
In the remake the cinema story is written by Vinu Abraham.
Heroine - In the old cinema the heroine was Lakshmi and the hero was Mohan.
In the remake of Chattakkari the heroine will be Shamna Kasim (Poorna) who is a great malayalam actress.
Shamna Kasim will act as Julie the Chattakkari.
Earlier this role was rejected by actresses Maithili and Nithya Menon.
